At ERA EKKLESIA, no refunds or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the event, you receive an item you did not purchase, you will need to contact customersupport@ekklesia-era.com. The subject line should read: INCORRECT ITEM.
